decisions. Having attained the Investors in People Standard in 2002 we adhere to the guidelines set out and invest highly
in staff training and improvement.

understand the importance of customer satisfaction. We expect and indeed always receive the best from all employees at
Romax and this is reflected in the high standards and quality of work that we produce.

+ Environmental Policy
Romax is committed to reducing our carbon footprint
Romax operates from a new and efficient warehouse internally designed specifically for our purposes which allows us to
cut down on waste through efficiency. All paper stock including envelopes that we supply comes from renewable source or
recycled source stock. We can always source the most environmentally friendly materials for your campaign.
We recycle ALL paper and cardboard waste produced during the process including customer surplus at no cost, and endeavour
to recycle all other materials safely and conscientiously. Romax aims, by January 2008, to be using FSC/recycled stock on
all Romax provided stationery.
We promote car share, public transport & cycling as a method to travel to and from work (that includes the Director) and
actively promote employment from the local area to reduce travel.
+ Business Contingency Plan
Romax have a contingency/business continuity plan in place which will ensure that we are in the best possible situation
for any major issues which could occur.
