Stock Management

At Romax we work with a fully automated online stock system, this allows for ease of stock management via our Goods-in.  An example of this process is outlined below:
 

  • Deliveries arrive
  • Goods-In take receipt (unchecked/damage noted)
  • Stock logged on system with expiry date as per insert
  • Delivery notes and stock image scanned
  • Quality control check
  • Automated email sent to Sales confirming delivery
  • Stock stored in Warehouse or in secure area as required by customer
  • Sales check quantities meet job requirements
  • Stock called off as required (pick/pack or mailing)
  • Overs sent to customer as required
  • On expiry date email generated and sent to Sales
  • Customer confirms and stock returned or recycled
