At Romax we work with a fully automated online stock system, this allows for ease of stock management via our Goods-in. An example of this process is outlined below:

Deliveries arrive

Goods-In take receipt (unchecked/damage noted)

Stock logged on system with expiry date as per insert

Delivery notes and stock image scanned

Quality control check

Automated email sent to Sales confirming delivery

Stock stored in Warehouse or in secure area as required by customer

Sales check quantities meet job requirements

Stock called off as required (pick/pack or mailing)

Overs sent to customer as required

On expiry date email generated and sent to Sales

Customer confirms and stock returned or recycled
